Please rate my yu-gi-oh deck?

There is probably a way you can change this around to make a decent deck. If you take out all the banned cards don't put in Heavy storm like Peter said. It is also a banned card and you wouldn't be able to play in any kind of tournament. But if your just messing around playing with friends then play with whatever deck and any cards you want as long you are all on the same page.
