umm well if he is in a relationship with someone or something like that i would just kinda back off and take it slow to see whats going on with him maybe just try some normal text talk about whats going on in eachothers lifes and stuff but overall if all you want is to like be with him then a bff freindship probally wont work but i just common freinds might its just with a close freind you tell them everything spend time with them there life family and if he doesint wanna be with you but you wanna be with him then its just complicated i hope i helped somehow lol sorry though
