Where is the XP control panel or WINNT folder?

I recently upgraded to XP and realized they moved half the files to places I don't know so the Control Panel which formerly under My Computer has disappeared and I can't find it, does anyone know the pathway to get to it also by any chance the location of the WINNT folder? Also could you explain it to terms so that someone who grew up with 2000 and 98 could understand.
