When describing places in a city, does one use "hay" or "esta?" Also, would "tienes" be appropriate?

For the first question you would use hay because you are saying that there is a bank... and not that the bank is... Also for the second question you would need to use tiene instead of tienes sonce tienes is used for the tu form of tener.
