I am stuck with the twunk and twain series on my c drive?

On my c: drive, i have these couple of bizarre files. Problem is, i delete it from my c drive, then after a few seconds it comes back. It's the twunk_16 and twunk_32, along with twain.dll and twain_32.dll. How do i solve this problem?
