My daughter likes a guy who she hasn't even talked to. Help?

At this age, the boys are even more shy than the girls. A twelve or thirteen-year-old boy is usually far less mature than a girl the same age. I think your daughter should perhaps just work on making friends in her Sunday school cl in general. I know she's a new girl who came in a bit late, so it's a little awkward for her. Maybe you could speak with the Sunday school teacher, and have her talk to some of the other kids in cl about including your daughter in their conversations and activities. Don't worry about the boy-girl thing. Your daughter has a crush, and is actually a little on the young side for a boyfriend. Let that evolve naturally, rather than trying to encourage it.
