What are some things I can do with my cousin, who's never been to America, without speaking much english?

Think about things she's never had the opportunity to see/do and go from there. Like yeah, snow is probably something she'll really enjoy, but there are a lot of things that are just normal to you which are totally new to her. It'll make you see your world with new eyes. I don't know what part of the States you're in so I can't make specific suggestions but say if there are craft shows or something like that (say a quilting exhibition) she might be interested. Things that people do where you live that she doesn't know about.
