I want a job to work at a radio station?

I'm 17 and I want to be able to get a job at a radio station because my dream job is to major in entertainment business and advertise upcoming music artist(kinda like what P. Diddy does) and my mom told me if I get a job at least as a golfer or gofer(I don't know which way to spell it)and I don't know how to search this job because can never seem to find what I'm looking for in the job search engine...so if someone could help me find what I'm looking for then I will be so greatful to you...I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and hoping to go to collage named Full Sail in Winterpark, FL...and if you can find a better job that would be a better foundation for what I want to be please let me know because I really want this more than anything
