Thoughts on TEFL in South Korea? Thoughts on Aclipse Recruiting agency? Anyone?

I've read a lot of bad and a lot of good. I still want more info. Also - if you know what the guidelines are over tax exemption in the US if you work over there for a year - I'd love to hear it! The IRS website is pompous and I'm not sure I'm getting it right.
