Relaxation techniques??

Nice long hot bubble bath, candles, and find a nice relaxation tape/cd, such as one that has waves, water, rainforest, for the shoulders, you can add epson salts to the bath, also if you have the money then see a chiropractor, or have someone give you a mage with oil. If you can't do that, then maybe buy a mager made for you that makes it easy to reach your back/shoulder blades. If you can visit the beach/pool/lake, swimmming is also helpful for stress relief.
