Integration question Barbados?

My dream is to retire in Dominica. Now People belive that they are better than the other. not true. We could stop the foolishness and have a free flow of people from island to island.The Caribean is for us to enjoy not fight . The amount of people that fish in Jamaican waters daily if we should lock them up we would not have place to put them.We are one people one African - Indian people.
