How do I go about asking my partner what I want in bed?

I don't want to freak him out but I like rough I mean like the type where he holds me down puts his hands around my throat bends me over things slaps my a** slams me against the wall fu**s me hard I want him to pull my hair put my hands behind my back things like this I hate hes always so gentle that okay sometimes but dam sometimes I would like some caveman like action I want to be dominated How do I tell him what I want without freaking him out or making him feel inadequate?
