Do you think 15 Penn Plaza will do good or bad things to New York City?

It is almost as tall as the Empire State Building -- but to be honest, the Empire State building is iconic and still a huge tourist draw. The architectural detail is stunning, and cannot easily be replicated. The new world trade center building will be far bigger, so I do not think it will hurt the skyline.
