Any suggestions for an easy-to-prepare (yet impressive and tasty) appetizer?

Go to Costco and choose from their many mouth watering appetizers. Most of them should be cooked in the oven, as microwave heating for that kind of meal is not preferred. Cook it just prior to leaving home and place it in a big insulated bag which retains heat.
